How to find my purchased gift cards in SEAGM?

Check out for the new updates of your most recent submitted orders in the SEAGM account. A red dot/number will appear at the user icon or the notifications section is indicative of new messages or real-time notifications of your orders.

 

Via notifications:

Step 1: Log in to your SEAGM account, click on the user icon and you will see "notifications". 

Step 2: Click the "order number" to open the notification. 

Step 3: Once clicked, you can see the delivery status is completed. Kindly click on "Retrieve" and you will be directed to the next page.

Step 4: You will then be directed to the My Cards page, kindly enter your SEAGM login password and submit. 

Step 5: Tap on "Show" and the code purchased will be shown. You will need to copy the code and redeem it to the site that you need. 

 

Via My Cards Direct:

 Step 1: Log in to your SEAGM account, click on the user icon and select My Cards.

Step 2: Once clicked, kindly enter your SEAGM account login password to retrieve the code. Then click "Submit".

Step 3: Select the order that you've just purchased, then tap on "Show" and the code/pin will be shown. You will need to copy the code/pin and redeem it to the site that you need. 

 

To download the code/pin purchased: 

Kindly choose to download via "CVS" or "EXCEL" according to your needs. You'll receive a downloaded file that contains the Order Number [Cxxxxxxxx] and encrypted pins.
