1. Is it mandatory to register an account in SEAGM Oppo Mini-Store to place an order?

No, you may choose to enter your email address and proceed to the payment page directly. 

***Note: Do confirm your email address before proceeding with payment to avoid unwanted issues from occurring.  

 

2. What is the difference between login with HeyTap and login without an account?

[i] Login with HeyTap: Once you logged in with HeyTap, you can view all your historical order records at any time. 

[ii] Login without account [via email address]: When purchasing without login an account, all of your user information will only be saved in cookies and we will not record it. 

 

3. How do I view my order if I do not log in account?

Any transaction made can be viewed via the mailbox in which the email that you've entered during the transaction. However, you will still be able to view the order details if you use the same logged-in Chrome or Windows, as the information will only be saved in cookies and we will not record it. 

 

4. Are the game cards or direct game reloads listed under Oppo MiniStore from the SEAGM Official Site?

Yes, it's fully from SEAGM. 

 

5. If payment was successfully made, but I do not receive any email confirmation in my mailbox. What should I do?
If payment has been successfully deducted from your account, kindly contact SEAGM Customer Support via LiveChat for further checking. SEAGM chatbox can also be found on the top right of the page. 

 

6. I need a refund for the recent purchase made, who should I contact?
You may contact SEAGM Customer Support or click the chatbox icon on the top right of your Oppo MiniStore. Kindly provide the payment receipt and order number to our team, they will proceed with checking and respond to your request accordingly. 
Note: Refund will only be granted if the order is not completed or delivered after checking by our customer support team. The finalised amount and duration of the refund depend on the selected payment method during checkout. 
 
7. My direct top-up purchased in Oppo MiniStore shows "completed", but the amount was not received or received partially only. What should I do?

8. I purchased a gift card from Oppo MiniStore and during the code redemption, an error showed "Code entered is not valid/ Invalid card code/Wrong pin code/Redeemed". What should I do? 

Regarding this error, kindly try to enter the code manually, and make sure that there are no "spaces" left front and back of the card serial number or pins when you're coping. For your information, [Card No.] referred to the serial number, and [Pin] referred to the gift card pin code. Please make sure that you have entered the right numbers during redemption.
