Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) is a big and well-known bank in Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City. It started in 2012 after merging a few banks and quickly grew. Though it hit some rough times because of a fraud scandal, SCB is now working hard to bounce back. With government support, it’s fixing things and aiming to be stronger and more trustworthy by 2025.

1. Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) (Bank Counter) [VND] payment method is ONLY supported under Vietnamese dong [VND].

Step 1: Choose your products in SEAGM and then click "PayNow" to be directed to the checkout page.
Step 2: On the checkout page, click on "Offline payment/ Cash/ Manual Bank Transfer" and select SCB (Bank Counter). Then, click "Create Payment".
Step 3: You will be directed to the Ngan Luong SCB payment page. Enter the information and click [payment].
Step 4: Kindly follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Once the payment has been successfully made via the bank transaction counter, please keep the receipt for reference purposes.
Step 5: Kindly check your order status in your SEAGM profile under "My Orders". Do contact our support team via LiveChat if the status is under "unpaid" after an hour.
