How to track my order in SEAGM?

Step 1: Kindly proceed with login to your SEAGM account. 
Step 2: After logging in, hover over your profile icon (top right corner) and click on "My Orders" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: At the top of the "My Orders" page, you'll see several order status categories:

Status Meaning
All Displays all your orders, both paid and unpaid.
Pending Payment received, your order is currently queued for processing.
Sending Your order is being processed or is in the process of being sent.
Completed Your order has been successfully delivered.
Refunded Your order has been refunded. For refund timeframes, please see our Refund article.

Note: Click on any Order Number to view more detailed tracking and order information.
