Why is my SEAGM order marked "Expired"?

All unpaid orders will expire in 4 hours automatically. Customers are urged to complete their transactions within four hours. If your order has expired, please create a new order and go to checkout.

For payment under the offline banking category [All currency], sometime the payment will be delayed which caused the order status updated as "Expired". No worry, kindly contact our support via LiveChat and provides them with the payment receipt and order number. 

Please contact our SEAGM support via LiveChat to verify your purchase order, along with the bank receipt, for Malaysia and Thailand users who used payment methods such as manual bank transfer, ATM, and CDM in MYR and THB currency.
